Scholarship awards will be credited to your final payment of the camp fee. A deposit of $150 is still required to hold your space, and you are responsible for the balance of the camp cost beyond your scholarship award.

Work Exchange Information

As you can imagine, a lot of work goes into putting on on a week long Reclaiming intensive. We are always looking for folks to help out with the tasks that make camp run smoothly. If you're familiar with the workings of Diana's Grove and are interested in taking on a task or two during camp we can give you a discount on your camp fee. There are a wide variety of tasks you could take on. Past examples have included making coffee, tidying up the barn, making sure there is plenty of toilet paper in the outhouses, etc.

To apply for work exchange, please write a short paragraph explaining why you want to attend camp, the basis of your need, your knowledge of Diana's Grove, tasks you would be interested in taking on, and any special skills you may have to offer. We will give preference to returning Midwest campers and those who have knowledge of the Grove and it's workings. We will also consider special skills you may bring that will help make camp a more enlightening and fulfilling experience for all campers.

March 1st is the deadline to apply for work trade scholarships. Decisions on who gets work trade will be made by mid-March.

This may be submitted via e-mail to:   scholarships@dreamweaving.org

Or mailed to the registration address:
Dreamweaving, Inc.
P.O. Box 1465
Wells, ME 04090-1465
USA

Work exchange awards will be credited to your final payment of the camp fee. You still need to send in a deposit of $150 to hold your space, and you are responsible for the balance of the camp cost beyond your scholarship award.

How do we determine the cost of camp?

The registration fee is calculated based on the expenses involved in making a week-long intensive happen on dedicated land. Our expenses include a set amount to Diana's Grove for each person who attends, including teachers and organizers. We pay travel expenses for some of the teachers, and full teachers receive a stipend. Supplies must be purchased, mail must be sent, campbooks must be printed. This money has to come from somewhere, and because we want camp to happen, it comes from us, the campers.

Dreamweaving, the organizers of this camp, are unpaid. We do this work because camp has changed our lives, and it is important to us that Midwest Witchcamp continues to be available.

Hear the call --
to a week between the worlds,
on land dedicated to magic.

Enter the cauldron of possibility,
sacred community,
in the Reclaiming tradition.
